City of Beloit Police Department Artificial Intelligence Scam

According to a Facebook post from the City of Beloit Police Dept, a resident has fallen victim to a recent scam involving artificial intelligence. This scam clones the voices of a loved one and will use your family member’s voice to say they need money – either because they’re in jail or have been kidnapped. The City of Beloit Police Dept is asking residents to please be vigilant and question everything.
