According to a press release from the City of Beloit Police Department, six new officers have been hired into the police department. The new officers include Antonio Richardson, Ashley Rosebaum, Monte L. Babilius, Anthony Love, Marcus Holman, and Julio Martinez. After one week of orientation, all will attend the Recruit Academy at Blackhawk Technical College beginning on January 18. Read more about each of the new officers below:
Antonio Richardson earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Rockford
University in 2014.
Ashley M. Rosenbaum earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Beloit College in 2013 where she
majored in Spanish.
Monte L. Babilius attended Beloit Technical College.
Anthony D. Love attended Rock Valley College.
Marcus M. Holman attended Rock Valley College and Presentation College.
Julio C. Martinez attended Blackhawk Technical College prior to proudly serving in the
United States Marine Corps from 2017 to 2021.
