In a press release from the City of Beloit, they have announced the selection of Marcy Granger as Clerk-Treasurer, effective on November 1. This position includes licensing and
billing, running elections, clerking the City Council meetings, and managing meeting
agendas, minutes and other city documents in adherence with Wisconsin Open Records
Law. Previously, Granger worked as a clerk in the Town of Milton.
