Burlington resident 49 year old Michael John Sekey is facing a charge of 2nd degree sexual assault of child after an incident that occurred on December 19. Last week on Wednesday a bond of $5 thousand with conditions was set. He is to have no contact with the victim, their property, or their family. He must also not consume or possess any alcohol or controlled substances. This will be monitored through random drug screenings and breathalyzers. He must also test after each court appearance. He has an upcoming court date on February 18 at 9 a.m.
