Burlington resident 50 year old Matthew Middleton is facing his 6th OWI after an incident that occurred on February 1. On February 2 a $3 thousand bond was set and he was ordered not to possess or consume alcohol, and he cannot operate a motor vehicle without an ignition interlock device installed. He has an upcoming court appearance on March 23 at 8:30 a.m.
