Burlington Man Dies After Snowmobile Accident

According to a press release from the Michigan Department of Natural Resources, 73 year old Richard Reesman from Burlington, WI was killed on Sunday at about 1:45 p.m. during a snowmobile accident in Gogebic County in Michigan. While on the snowmobile, Reesman missed a corner on the snowmobile trail 160 near Lookout Mountain in Ironwood Township and struck a tree. He was pronounced dead at the scene by the county medical examiner. Also on the snowmobile was Reesman’s 71 year old wife, Kathy. She had shoulder pain and was transported to a hospital.
