Brodhead resident 32 year old Samuel Basil Monday is facing charges in Rock County Court including 1st offense OWI, refusing to take a test for intoxication after arrest, obstructing an officer, two counts of felony bail jumping, and operating while suspended after an incident that occurred on April 24. For these charges, currently he has a combined bond amount of $1,937.50. Monday will appear in court on May 18 at 1 p.m.
