Beloit Woman Facing Charges for Sexual Assault of a Child

Beloit resident 29 year old Chelsea Kramer is facing charges of first degree child sexual assault for sexual contact with a person under the age of 13 and repeated sexual assault of the same child, both as party to a crime, and possession of drug paraphernalia after an incident that occurred on November 1. The complaint was officially filed yesterday. Yesterday a signature bond of $2 thousand was set, and she is to have no contact with an involved victim, their residence, place of employment, vehicle, or elsewhere. She cannot have any contact with minors, and must maintain absolute sobriety. The court ordered level 3 supervision through JusticePoint, and Kramer must remain in her residence between the hours of 6 p.m. and 6 a.m. unless going directly to or from work or dialysis treatment.
