According to an update from the Beloit Police Department, yesterday at about 10:30 p.m. 42 year old Beloit resident Stephanie M. Kluck was arrested for 1st offense OWI after a traffic stop near State St. and Grand Ave. after an officer noticed the vehicle she was driving has no headlamps.
