Beloit Township Fire Planning Park Upgrades Ahead Of 9/11 Ceremony

The Beloit Township Fire Department has begun construction on a new site for its steel beam from the World Trade Center, at the new park behind Fire Station 2 on Inman Parkway. The department plans to have a ceremony for both the 20th anniversary of the September 11th attacks as well as a dedication of the new Firefighters Memorial Park. More information will be released later.
