Beloit Resident Charged with Two Counts of Child Neglect

Beloit resident 24 year old Shabria Shanaye Krystal Johnson has been charged with two counts of neglecting a child on September 11. Effective on September 13, she must now comply with CPS order in regard to children and also has a bond of $1000 with conditions. Her next court date is set for October 6.
