Beloit Preparing For Community Meetings UPDATED

6/16 UPDATE: Beloit Police thank the community for the open dialogue and transparency at last night's meeting with Community Action and Chief Andre Sayles at Vernon Park. There is another meeting tonight at 6 PM at Summit Park where the same conversations will take place. The department is gauging community input on curbing violent crime in the city.


Tonight and tomorrow in Beloit, police chief Andre Sayles and members of the community will get together to work on reducing violent crimes in the community and will answer questions. The events are at 6:00 at Vernon Park tonight and Summit Park tomorrow night. Refreshments will be provided. More information is below:
