Beloit Police were seeking the public’s help in searching for four suspects. 60-year-old Terry Lorenzo Weston was wanted for retail theft as a repeat offender, 49-year-old Craig Singleton is wanted for 4th offense OWI among other charges, while 18-year-old Justin Wicks is wanted for reckless endangerment with a weapon and 39-year-old Calvin Northam is wanted for possession of a controlled substance near a school.
