According to an update from the Beloit Police Department, yesterday they located a stolen car taken a few days ago during a burglary. After locating the car, Beloit officers convinced the driver to leave the house and submit to arrest. Kyle Ferguson was arrested for operating a motor vehicle without owner's consent.
