Beloit Police Make Two OWI Arrests

According to the daily media report from the Beloit Police Department, two OWI arrests were made yesterday. The first occurred shortly after 7:30 p.m. near Eight St. and Roosevelt Ave., and resulted in the arrest of 53 year old Catrell Payne. The second was around 9:45 p.m. near Milwaukee and Cranston Rd., and resulted in the arrest of Dion Clark. The is the first offense OWI for both of them.
