According to the daily media report from the Beloit Police Department, they are looking for three suspects in connection to a hit and run accident that was reported on Sunday at about 6:30 a.m. on Manchester Ave. One suspect is described as a 22 year old black male, another suspect is described as a 22 year old black female, and the final suspect is described as a 21 year old black female.
