According to the daily media report from the Beloit police department, they are looking for a suspect in connection to a theft case that happened on Tuesday at about 2:15 p.m. on Madison Rd. The suspect is described as a 57 year old black male who is just over 6 feet tall and weighs about 220 pounds.
