According to the daily media report from the Beloit Police Department, they are looking for a suspect in connection to a theft case that was reported on Saturday at about 1:40 p.m. on Madison Rd. The suspect is described as a 38 year old white female who is about 5 feet and 8 inches tall and weighs about 170 pounds.
