According to the daily media report from the Beloit Police Department, they are looking for a suspect in connection to a disorderly conduct and strangulation case that was reported yesterday at about 2:15 p.m. on Grand Ave. The suspect is described as a 24 year old black male who is 6 feet and 2 inches tall and weighs about 150 pounds.
