According to the daily media report from the Beloit Police Department, they are looking for a suspect in connection to a recklessly endangering safety case that occurred on Saturday at about 4 a.m. on Bluff St. The suspect is described as an 18 year old black male who is about 5 feet and 3 inches tall and weighs about 160 pounds.
