According to an update from the Beloit Police Department, they are looking for a suspect involved in a fraud case that was reported yesterday at about 8 a.m. on Portland Ave. The suspect is described as a 48 year old black male who is about 5 feet and 8 inches tall and weighs about 210 pounds.
