According to the daily media report from the Beloit Police Department, they are looking for a suspect in connection to a fraud case that was reported yesterday at about 5:45 p.m. on Park Ave. The suspect is described as a 22 year old black female who is about 5 feet and 1 inch tall, and weighs about 109 pounds.
