According to the daily media report from the Beloit Police Department, they are looking for a suspect in connection to a traffic offense and fleeing an officer case that was reported yesterday at 11:33 a.m. near Elm St. and Portland Ave. The suspect is described as an 18 year old white male who is about 5 feet and 8 inches tall and weighs about 120 pounds.
