According to the daily media report from the Beloit Police Department, they are looking for a suspect in connection to disorderly conduct and theft case that was reported on Saturday at about 5:30 a.m. on Bluff St. in which a cell phone was stolen. The suspect is described as a 46 year old male who is about 5 feet and 8 inches tall and weighs about 170 pounds.
