According to the daily media report from the Beloit Police Department, they are looking for two suspects involved in a child neglect case, that was reported yesterday at 9:15 p.m. on Keeler Ave. The first suspect is described as a 41 year old black female, and the second is a 22 year old black female who is about 5 feet and 7 inches tall and weighs about 270 pounds.
