According to the daily media report from the Beloit Police Department, they are looking for a suspect in connection to a child neglect case that was reported on Saturday at about 1:20 p.m. on Yates Ave. The suspect is described as a 30 year old black female who is about 5 feet and 3 inches tall and weighs about 170 pounds.
