The first was reported on Wednesday at about 6:30 a.m. on West Grand Ave. This vehicle is described as a 2017 silver 4 door Hyundai Elantra. The second incident was reported on Wednesday at about 8:20 a.m. on Wisconsin Ave. The vehicle is described as a 2020 black Jeep Compass with California license plate 8PNV462.
