According to the daily media report from the Beloit Police Department, they are investigating a fleeing an officer and stolen vehicle case that was reported yesterday at about 6:15 p.m. near Riverside Rd. and Henry Ave. The vehicle is described as a 2019 gray Kia Soul with Wisconsin license place 885HPP.
