According to the Beloit Police Department, this morning at about 1:10 a.m. officers responded to the 2600 block of Sunshine Lane after receiving a 911 call for a domestic violence case. The investigation showed that a victim was struck by a male, and police are looking to take the man into custody. He is described as a 39 year old black male who is about 6 feet and 3 inches tall, and weighs about 180 pounds.
