According to the daily media report from the Beloit Police Department, they are investigating a stolen vehicle case that was reported on Friday at about 9:45 a.m. on Randall St. The vehicle is described as a 2008 blue 4 door Chevrolet HHR with Wisconsin license plate ACT8516. The suspect in this case is described as a 60 year old white female who is about 5 feet and 4 inches tall and weighs about 150 pounds.
