According to the daily media report from the Beloit Police Department, this morning police responded to a vandalism case that occurred just after 12:15 a.m. on Saint Lawrence Ave. The suspect is described as a 27 year old white male who is about 5 feet and 11 inches and weighs about 185 pounds.
