Beloit Police Arrest Man on Charges Including Battery to a Law Enforcement Officer

According to an update from the Beloit Police Department, on Wednesday at about 10:15 p.m. officers responded to Sixth St. for a report of two suspicious vehicles. Upon arrival, officers made contact with 32 year old Paul Gray, who had two active warrants out of Waukesha. Officers attempted to arrest Gray and he violently resisted. Gray was subsequently charged with felony resisting/obstructing an officer, battery to a law enforcement officer, felony probation violation, possession of THC, possession of a controlled substance, felon in possession of a firearm, carrying a concealed weapon, and possessing a stolen firearm.
