Beloit Police Arrest Man for Disorderly Conduct and Resisting/Obstructing an Officer

According to the Beloit Police Department, this morning at about 12:50 a.m. in the 900 block of Park Ave., they took 31 Brent J. Lippert from the Town of Bradford into custody after it was reported that he was intoxicated and making threats to fight a man. Police arrived and initially did not have probable cause, and the parties agreed to separate for the evening. Shortly after officers cleared, Lippert began making threats again. He was ultimately arrested for disorderly conduct-domestic violence, resisting/obstructing an officer, and misdemeanor and felony bail jumping.
