According to the City of Beloit, Beloit Meals on Wheels has submitted an application for review and consideration of a Planned Unit Development for the redevelopment of the City-owned and privately owned properties located at 249 Maple Ave., 1534 and 1540 Shore Dr., and 214 and 226 Beach Ave. These buildings would be converted into a new 2,521 square-foot office, storage, and food delivery building. Public hearings relating to this will be held at the December 21 City Plan Commission meeting and at the January 18 City Council meeting. For more information, see the below document.
