Beloit resident 24 year old Alix F. Baxton Jr. is facing three domestic abuse charges for strangulation and suffocation, battery, and disorderly conduct after an incident that occurred on December 9 of 2021. The complaint was officially filed on January 11, and on Tuesday a cash bond of $200 was set. He is to have no contact with the victim, their residence, place of employment, vehicle, or elsewhere. He has an upcoming court appearance on January 31 at 10:30 a.m.
