Beloit resident 42 year old Anderson L. Hereford is facing charges including battery or threat to a judge, prosecutor, or law enforcement officer, resisting an officer with substantial bodily harm or soft tissue injury, resisting or obstructing an officer, operating while revoked, and failure to stop at a stop sign after an incident that occurred on Monday. For these charges he has a bond amount of $1,925.30, and he pleaded not guilty yesterday to the charge of operating while revoked. The court ordered him not to possess any weapons. He must also remain in his residence between the hours of 6 p.m. - 6 a.m. unless at work or traveling to and from work. Hereford has an upcoming court appearance on April 20 at 1 p.m.
