Beloit Man Facing Multiple Charges Including Possession of Methamphetamine

Beloit resident 26 year old Alan Alberto Rojas Hernandez is facing charges of possession of methamphetamine, resisting an officer, possession of drug paraphernalia, and two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping after an incident that occurred on Tuesday. Yesterday a cash bond of $500 was set, and he was ordered to have no contact with a victim, their residence, place of employment, vehicle, or elsewhere. He is not to consume or possess a controlled substance without a valid prescription and in prescribed amounts only and must maintain absolute sobriety. The court ordered Level 4 supervision through JusticePoint. He has an upcoming court appearance on February 8 at 10 a.m.
