Beloit resident 22 year old Isaiah Washington is facing charges of exceeding speed zones between 35-39 miles per hour over the speed limit, operating a motor vehicle without insurance, reckless driving endangering safety, vehicle fleeing or eluding an officer, and misdemeanor bail jumping for an incident that occurred on October 11. For all these charges combined, he has a bond amount just under $1.5 thousand. He will be appearing in court tomorrow, as well as November 11.
