Beloit resident 43 year old Miguel Puentes is facing a charge of hit and run involving injury after an incident that occurred on October 28. His initial appearance was December 16, and a signature bond of $500 with conditions was set. He cannot operate a motor vehicle during pendency of the case without a valid driver's license or without a valid insurance. He must sign the bond tomorrow around noon.
