Beloit resident 30 year old Rashad Whitby is facing charges including 2nd degree recklessly endangering safety, vehicle operator fleeing or eluding an officer, and resisting or obstructing an officer after an incident that occurred on April 21. On April 22, a bond amount of $5 thousand was set and he was ordered not to operate a motor vehicle without a valid drivers license. He has an upcoming court appearance on May 11 at 1 p.m.
