Beloit Man Facing Charges Including Possession of Child Pornography

Beloit resident 51 year old Benjamin Frank Markley III is facing charges of possession of child pornography and failure to maintain sex offender registry after an incident that occurred on January 25. On February 4 a $5 thousand bond was set, and he is not to possess any electronic devices that have access to the internet, and he is to have no contact with any minors. The court ordered level 2 supervision through JusticePoint. He pleaded not guilty to both charges on February 15. More information on this story may be given if it becomes available.
