Beloit resident 19 year old Latrell Velvet Moore is facing charges of hit and run and felony bail jumping after an incident that occurred on September 4. Yesterday in court a $1 thousand bond was set, and he was ordered Level 4 supervision through JusticePoint. He also cannot drive during the pendency of the case. Moore has an upcoming court appearance on September 28 at 1 p.m.
