Beloit Man Facing Charges Including Felon in Possession of a Firearm

Beloit resident 39 year old Richard Clark is facing charges of convicted felon in possession of a firearm, second degree recklessly endangering safety, and intentionally pointing a firearm at a person after incidents which occurred between November of 2021 and February of 2022. The complaint was officially filed on February 4. On February 4 a bond amount of $5 thousand was set and he is to have no contact with an involved victim, their residence, place of employment, vehicle, or elsewhere. The court ordered level 2 supervision through JusticePoint. He is not to possess any weapons or firearms. He has an upcoming court appearance tomorrow at 3 p.m.
