Beloit resident 43 year old Juan Diego Nicholas Rodriguez is facing charges including battery, disorderly conduct, and battery or threat to a judge, prosecutor, or law enforcement officer after an incident that occurred on July 22. Yesterday a bond amount of $1,525 was set, and he was ordered to have no contact with an involved victim, their residence, place of employment, vehicle, or elsewhere. He also cannot have any contact with Officer Linberg. Rodriguez has an upcoming court appearance on July 29 at 3 p.m.
