Beloit resident 63 year old August Lee Miller is facing charges including false imprisonment, battery, and disorderly conduct after an incident that occurred on March 20. He pleaded not guilty to all charges on March 23. Miller has a preliminary hearing scheduled for April 11 at 3:45 p.m.
