Beloit Man Facing Charges Including 2nd Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety

Beloit resident 46 year old Johnny Aaron Curtis-Smith is facing charges including vehicle operator fleeing or eluding an officer, two counts of 2nd degree recklessly endangering safety, resisting an officer causing substantial bodily harm or soft tissue injury, and possession of drug paraphernalia after an incident that occurred on June 3. On June 9 a $7.5 bond was set and he was ordered not to drive at all. He is also to have no intentional contact with Deputy St. Michael and Deputy Albeck. Curtis-Smith has an upcoming court appearance on June 17 at 2 p.m.
