Beloit Man Facing Charges Including 2nd Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety

Beloit resident 26 year old Arturo Ocana Martinez is facing charges of 2nd degree recklessly endangering safety, vehicle operator fleeing/eluding an officer, and obstructing an officer after an incident that occurred on January 13. Last week Friday he signed a cash bond of $500 and he is not to drive at all. He has an upcoming court appearance on Jan 28 at 3 p.m.
