Beloit resident 20 year old Eric Espinoza is facing charges of reckless driving causing great bodily harm after an incident that occurred on October 6. On October 7, he was ordered in court that he must maintain absolute sobriety, and is not to consume or possess a controlled substance without a valid prescription and in prescribed amounts only. He is also to have no intentional contact with two other individuals. On October 8, he signed a signature bond of $1 thousand. He has an upcoming court date on October 28.
