Beloit resident 33 year old Cory Donald Kiser is facing a charge of armed robbery as party to a crime after an incident that occurred on January 8. The case was officially filed on February 10. On the 10th a $1 thousand bond was set, and he was ordered to have no possession of any weapons. He is to have no contact with two involved victims, their residence, place of employment, vehicle, or elsewhere. Kiser is to have no contact with co-defendants Joshua Vega-Kelley, Anthony Kreyer or Angel Norman. He has an upcoming court appearance on February 24 at 3 p.m.
