43 year old Beloit resident Melvin Lamont Hughes is facing multiple charges following an incident that happened on September 4. These charges include possession of drug paraphernalia, possession with intent to deliver cocaine, and possession of THC. He is not to consume or possess a controlled substance without a valid prescription and in prescribed amounts only. Additionally, last week he signed a cash bond in the amount of $500.
